Artwork Requirements
Embroidery artwork may be in: pdf, jpg, bitmap, word document, photoshop, or illustrator format.

If you have an embroidery file (or can obtain it) from another embroider we normally will be able to use this file.

Screenprinting & Promotional Products
Artwork needs to be created in either photoshop or illustrator (with fonts outlined)
Artwork for sublimation artwork needs to be a minimum of 300dpi.
If in doubt email us your artwork and we can advise if it is suitable.
If your artwork is no suitable NES offers a very reasonably priced art services for re-drawing artwork to the suitable format.

Do I need to come in to place my orders?
No If you wish we can do all your order over the internet and when the job is finished we can freight to your door.
Can I do a small order?  Yes we can do small orders on some items. Please email us with your enquiry and we will let you know if a small order is possible.
 
Payment
Payment is generally COD on your first order and then an account application will be considered.
